About NAMS
Founded in 1989, The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) is North America's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting women's health during midlife and beyond through an understanding of menopause. Its multidisciplinary membership of 2,000 leaders in the field – including clinical and basic science experts from medicine, nursing, sociology, psychology, nutrition, anthropology, epidemiology, pharmacy, and education – allows NAMS to be uniquely qualified to provide information that is both accurate and unbiased, not for or against any point of view.

NAMS is pleased to be recognized as the preeminent resource on all aspects of menopause to both healthcare providers and the public.

NAMS has provided editorial peer review of Menopause Management content since July 1992. Please note, however, that the opinions expressed in the editorial and advertising material are those of the authors and advertisers and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or recommendations of NAMS, the Editorial Advisory Board members, or the Publisher, Editors, and the staff of Menopause Management.

The Society appreciates this collaboration with HealthCom Media, the Publisher and owner, as the publication brings quality messages to a wide audience. NAMS encourages feedback about the content in Menopause Management.
